Advocare 24 day challenge

Well, this blog has been ignored for a few years.  Today I began another Advocare 24 day challenge.  I am going to be posting my daily meals/supplement intake mostly for my own documentation so I can remember what works!  No photos today, but here is what I ate:

Pre Breakfast:
- fruit punch spark 
-am herbal cleanse pills
- catalyst 

Breakfast: 
- chocolate meal replacement shake 

Post breakfast:
- fiber drink 

AM snack:
- 22 almonds 

Lunch:
- Skinnytaste cauliflower fried rice with added chicken 

PM Snack:
- 2 hardboiled eggs

Dinner:
- Skinnytaste Lemon chicken and asparagus stir fry 
- omega 3 pills

Post dinner: 
- pm herbal cleanse pills
- catalyst
