Day 7

Pre breakfast - spark and rehydrate and am herbal cleanse pills 

Breakfast: 

+ fiber drink 

Lunch:

Fish taco bowl - cod with taco seasoning and lime, black beans, Skinnytaste cauliflower cilantro lime rice, avocado and Greek yogurt ranch dressing

Snack - Advocare chocolate snack bar 

Dinner - filet and roasted butternut squash 

Post dinner - catalyst and pm herbal pills
