- deli chicken breast
- raspberries and blackberries

- not pictured - salad with romaine, grape tomatoes, ff feta, bell pepper, lemon and olive oil, and a small piece of chicken and crockpot taco chicken chili from Skinnytaste:

Dinner:  steak and butternut squash fries
