Day 9
Started out this morning with some flow yoga, so combined my mango strawberry spark with red raspberry rehydrate.
Breakfast:

Am snack:
Lunch:
Unstuffed cabbage roll casserole with brown rice (turkey subbed for beef)- so yummy!
Pm snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner:
Lemon pepper chicken cutlets and salad with lemon, olive oil, avocado, ff feta
