Day 6

LStarting off day 6 with a combo of grape spark and red raspberry rehydrate (plus catalyst and am cleanse pills)

Breakfast:

Mini quinoa cups, ham, cantaloupe 

Post breakfast - fiber drink 

Lunch:
Leftover Skinnytaste chicken taco chili stuffed pepper, salad, cauliflower soup

Snack:

Dinner:

Garlic peppercorn pork tenderloin, sweet potato fries, broccoli
