Day 4

Started this morning with some yoga, so trying a new advo product called rehydrate: 

Pre breakfast:
- mango strawberry spark and am herbal cleanse 

Breakfast: 

Post breakfast:

Am snack: 

Lunch: 
- romaine salad with grape tomatoes, ff feta, chicken, lemon, olive oil. 

Pm snack:
Hummus with grape tomatoes and baby carrots 

Dinner (forgot to photograph) - rotisserie chicken breast (no skin) and romaine with lemon, olive oil, and FF feta, omega 3 pills 

Post dinner - catalyst and pm herbal cleanse pills
